CURRENT POSTAGE RATES
Postage is based on the weight of your order and can be calculated in the shopping cart using your postcode.
Please note that postage rates are subject to change based on Australia Post postage rates and quotes. We do our best to keep these prices affordable for everyone. All prices are in AUD.
LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a free Click and Collect option for local customers in the Port Macquarie area. Enter your postcode into the Postage calculator in your Shopping Cart to make this option available.
We endeavour to pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. We ship most weekdays. Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
All items sold are packed carefully and checked for damage before leaving us in good condition. Once purchases have been despatched, we cannot automatically be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, or is genuinely missing a part(s) of your order, please contact us to discuss a possible good-faith replacement, refund or store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped, wherein the customer has simply changed their mind.
RETURNING AN ORDER
If you need to return an item, it must be done within 30 days of your shipment date. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it was shipped defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If your order has not yet been shipped you may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us immediately through your Spoiler Alert! account or through our contact form.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
